Hi Anthony,
What an interesting photo. I'm wondering if anyone would actually be able to keep a squid as a pet. What would it eat? I was thinking more along the lines of a cuttlefish...but then again, who knows!

Whales? Mariners?
The round aquarium was nice but I saw a whole bunch of them in a long tank in a restaurant in Tokyo - do they move! Very beautiful and very relaxing.

I see the squid, I presume it is in a polyethylene bag ~ but is it eating dough? I can't see the dough! Show me the dough!

Yum. Just made me think of gravelly voiced contempory's swordfishtrombones. The rock banquet inches forward.

I don't know about squid, but I've always wanted a tankful of moon jellies, balanced over a fixture of multicolored lights.
Kinda like this: http://www.accidentlyretro.com/graphics/travel/jellies/me_moon_jelly.jpg
(That's not me in the pic, BTW).
More jellies here: http://www.mbayaq.org/efc/efc_se/se_jla.asp
Yes, I love jellyfish.

They're jellofish over here. Jelly you put on bread.
You know I didn't have you pegged as a jellyfish person. We've got crap jellyfish here - brown and cloggy in swarm with me in my tippy surf ski on the river. Having seen the pic had to have a reassessment of jellies. Very lava lamp.
