Now that ive started another blog, I think I should get in on the egg action. So it doesn't have to be bread, but a carb ingredient treated with dry heat... hmmmm... I'm thinking I might need to call on the portuguese ancestory for this one.

I'm not even sure it has to be *dry* heat, leaving the event open for steamed chinese pork and eggs buns for example.

Your ancestors will be pleased. Remeber to leave the eggplant horse for them to ride back to the afterlife on.
